Delicious Molasses Cake (Unsweetened and Suitable for Diabetes) Recipe

As Homeats team, we strongly recommend everyone to try this wonderful cake.

In a deep bowl, whisk the butter with a mixer until it becomes creamy.

Let's add our eggs on the butter and continue whisking until it foams well. We add the milk to the egg and butter mixture, whisk it, then add the molasses and beat it for a while.

After preparing our liquid mixture, you can now sweeten your cake according to your taste.

Let's add walnuts (I used walnuts) and cinnamon to our liquid mixture and mix with a spatula.

In a separate bowl, let's aerate by sieving 1 glass of flour, baking powder and vanilla. Let's add the flour mixture to the liquid mixture slowly and mix it well with a spatula. Since a glass of flour was not enough for me, I added 2 more spoons. Let's get a slightly fluid dough from normal cake consistency. I used a silicone cake mold, pour the oil and cake mixture and bake it in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 155 degrees. You can cook under control after 20 minutes. You can do a toothpick test. I did not take it out of the oven immediately after it was cooked, I turned the oven off, I opened the mouth of the oven a little, I let it wait for 10 minutes, then you can take it out of the oven and warm it a little more, then you can take it to the serving plate.
